Calithea Skincare is a strong and confident brand. A skincare brand that is deeply rooted in its founder’s Greek Culture and one that works tirelessly to deliver clean and natural products to their customers. So what could Good Social do for a brand like this? Pull out the essence of the brand and develop a social media campaign. In particular, this campaign paid homage to the founder and her deep connection with her family, mentors, and Greek heritage.

Good Social brainstormed, planned, and executed the entire campaign. After working closely with the founder, Elena, we decided to title the campaign “γενεὰ” or, “GENERATIONS,” an allegiance to all the family members and mentors featured in the campaign. And, everyone featured just so happened to be a strong woman in Elena’s life. A detail that Elena did not want to be overlooked.

Across Instagram and Facebook we reached nearly 10,000 accounts organically. How? We connected Elena’s products with her personality. She started Calithea because she is proud of her heritage and family. By featuring various members of her family and mentors we were able to achieve a digital media campaign far beyond a goal of selling product.

Our goal was to Educate and Expose Elena’s audience to her character as an entrepreneur. A large piece of that is the woman she surrounds herself with. Of all the campaigns we implemented, Generations received the highest engagement and reached the most accounts. Showcasing a brand’s personality and story is something Good Social thrives at. A strategy that has proven to resonate with her audience.
